Thursday night we attended a seder and I found it to be a really moving and intimate time. It was cool to see Jen really thinking through how she, as a Christian, can relate to her 1 Jewish friend. It was so clear to me the ritual and meaning of the seder completly symbolizes everything we believe in as a Christian. I am so surprised that the majority of Jewish people don't believe in Jesus as the Son of God, the Messiah.

Anyway, we talked about it after and the next morning Jen was able to share with her Jewish friend her thoughts on it and her friend shared with her what she believes. They had a really nice chat I think.

Friday afternoon we made the trek to Green Bay Wisconsin for Easter at my brother's home. My nephew, Thomas, is 3 going on 16. He is so funny. You ask him a question, and he usually responds with "Well, actually..." and the appropriate answer, always well thought out. We spent the weekend enjoying our family time with my brother and his family. Had a nice dinner at my sister-in-laws mom's house. My sis-in-law made a leg of lamb that was wonderful for our dinner on Easter. I haven't had lamb for Easter since my mom died and it was really great to restore the tradition. I truly appreciate and love my sister-in-law!

A nice, relaxing, enjoyable weekend.
