Another year gone by...

Well, today marks the 9th anniversary of my mom's death.  There are times it feels like forever ago and times, like this morning, that it feels like today.

Amazingly enough, right around 8:30 this morning I felt weepy...for no reason....and then I realized that it was just about the time my mom died...9 years ago this morning.

I always dread the month of April (despite it being the month of my birthday) and am glad when we get to May.

I still miss you mom and think of you every day.

I'm walking the same road, as you know... though not as long. I still have days where I go to grab the phone to call her or go to send her a link in an email and then realize I can't.

And it sucks.
