I am really excited about Thanksgiving this year!

My gathering of 30 is now an official 14 and that is OK with me!

It is OK that both our boys will be at their wives (Jeff) and fiance's (Nick) and that my dad will be at his "friend" Esther's house for the day.

I have table setting ideas...I made layered cardstock Menus with ribbons at the top for each place setting.

I made little pilgrim hats out of painted terra cotta pots with foam at the bottom for place card holders.

I am excited about setting the table, preparing the food and enjoying a really lovely day with friends and some family.

Just from this post alone, it is obvious that you are an amazing person!! I am so impressed by your organizational skills, your efficiency, your graciousness, your creativity, your cooking skills, and your love for people. Not to mention a servant's heart.

Truly, this is an eye-opener for me; I feel totally selfish when I see such giving. I pray that you have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving, and that your spirit of thankfulness and servanthood will be infectious.
